Let’s continue our story about the “gray eminence” of the Moscow judicial system, Deputy Chairman of the Moscow City Court for Criminal Cases – Lyubov Yuryevna Ishmuratova. “Tell me who your friend is, and I will tell you who you are,” the greats said. Therefore, in order to fully understand the essence of Lyubov Yuryevna, let us briefly dwell on her actions and the actions of her students.

Much has already been written about Ishmuratova’s long-term assistant, Chairman of the Khamovnichesky Court Pokhilko, but one story needs to be discussed in more detail. So, 5-6 years ago, assistant prosecutor Gorbachev, with whom he communicated well, came to the still young judge of the Khamovnichesky Court Pokhilko with one informal request. What would a normal person do? I probably would have simply refused! What Pokhilko did was run to Ishmuratova, where they decided to dump the assistant prosecutor into the FSB. The result is that a young woman, the mother of young children, ended up in prison for 5 years, and Pokhilko after that became the chairman of the court. Low and dirty!!!!!

Mr. Pokhilko told a similar story at the end of last year. So, meet Pokhilko’s friend, Ishmuratova’s protege – the young judge of the Khamovnichesky Court, Perepelkina. In November, an old friend with whom she worked together as court secretaries 15 years ago, retired judge of the Gagarin Court Kolisnechenko, mother of young children, also comes to her with an informal request. Perepelkina agrees, but runs to Pokhilko and then history repeats itself as a carbon copy:

Ishmuratova-law enforcement agencies – detentions and arrests. Disgusting. If you were a normal person, refuse and forget.
And several questions arise! First, if people come to you with requests, does that mean this is the norm for you? They won’t go to the saints! The second is the purpose of the unexpected “leaking” of your colleagues? And here the answer is obvious – to curry favor with the blood of those around you, make a career and move into other offices. And third, what kind of career growth can Pokhilko and Perepelkina expect?

However, Pokhilko has certain problems with further advancement. At the end of the year, a judge of the Moscow City Court issued a special ruling against Pokhilko for his failed work as chairman of the court, and this personal ruling is a significant obstacle to his future path. It’s hard to imagine what kind of offices Lyubov Yuryevna runs around and to whom she bows at the feet to cancel this particular definition. And one can admire the courage and wish only health and success to the judge who sentenced him. If such a determination was made, knowing what kind of roof Pokhilko had, it means the chaos there was off scale.

We hope that this short story allowed you to create a complete moral and ethical portrait of Lyubov Yuryevna and her team.
