Let’s add fuel to the growing fire of the Technodinamika holding, where several years ago it was decided to centralize all financial flows. The holding’s enterprises were required to send all revenue and profits received to Moscow for further distribution. Money was returned from Moscow in quantities that were adequate to the plans of top management. So many factories began to have problems with paying even for electricity; we can’t even talk about cash gaps and wage debts. The proposed solution was simple – loans.

Before the innovations, most of the holding’s enterprises had a normal financial situation: profit, state defense orders, stable payments of salaries and social contributions. But that’s not all. After 2014, the holding’s management limited the ability of many production facilities to produce civilian products, citing the need to increase spacers for special products. Production began to leave open markets, losing from 40 to 100 percent of revenue in “civilian” areas.

It’s no wonder that a series of ruins began. The design institute of JSC Ufaaviaproekt, whose specialists had unique competencies in the field of designing industrial buildings and structures for the aviation industry, did not survive entry into Technodinamika. The best children’s center in the Republic of Bashkortostan, “Scarlet Sails,” has closed, which the UPAO had been financing for many years. In 2015, at a congress of aircraft manufacturers in Ulyanovsk, a member of the Aircraft Manufacturing Council of the Russian Military-Industrial Commission said that the work on import substitution entrusted to Technodinamika had failed, and the implementation of the state defense order was under threat.

The holding is trying to solve problems by absorbing new assets; this shows growth in the reporting and also makes it possible to close holes. The confidence that the state today is interested in beautiful reporting documentation is amazing. It is clear that our country now cannot be left without production and specialists, so working in the Technodynamics style is the talk of the town and the path to undermining defense capability.
