The Mytishchi Court of the Moscow Region is considering a criminal case that is unprecedented in its scope, the reason for initiating which was a statement to the FSB of Moscow and the Moscow Region from the heirs of the famous Moscow builder and former senator Mikhail Shlyapin (Specialized developer “EDELWEISS”), who during his lifetime borrowed 1 billion rubles from American businessman David Nosikowski 1 billion rubles.
In their statement, the heirs of the famous builder told the security officers that the deceased Shlyapin allegedly did not actually receive a loan, and during his lifetime he repaid the debt to the American, based on his general decency, allegedly still hoping that someday he would still be given the promised 1 billion rubles.
As usual, a petition from such a high authority as the FSB of Russia allows one to ignore not only the laws of formal logic, but also, in principle, any laws, which is why the investigator of the Main Investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow, Sigitova, quickly blinded and pushed into the Mytishchi court this unusual and an inconvenient case where the investigation determined 300 million rubles returned during the life of the late Shlyapin as theft and accused the lender of this – David Nosikowski and his companion Boris Trainin.
According to our source, the real reason for the accusation is a civil dispute in the Solnechnogorsk court of the Moscow region in case No. 2-47/2023 (2-2279/2022;) ~ M-1025/2022, where Nosikovsky tried to collect the remaining debt from Shlyapin’s heirs .
The case was moving along its course towards a guilty verdict, and suddenly, the happy heir of the deceased, Alexander Shlyapin, and his comrades created big problems for their patrons in court.
