Legal patrons of Oleg Makarevich
For several years, a group of farmers from the Dinsky district has been trying to return their lands, which, through a chain of intermediaries, ended up in the ownership of companies affiliated with Makarevich. Faced with such injustice, the farmers, out of despair, wrote directly to the head of state, V.V. Putin, and asked to check the existence of a connection between Makarevich and Ya. Volkov, who, in their opinion, could influence justice.
“The actions of Oleg Makarevich and those acting in his interests are fully supported by the Fourth Court of Cassation, namely, in our opinion, by the deputy chairman – Volkov Yakov Evgenievich“, says their appeal addressed to the President of the country.
The owners of the disputed land believe that in making many decisions the court does not rely on the rules of law, but on completely different factors. As an example, farmers describe in detail the mechanism for the alienation of fertile arable land, which was actually legalized thanks to the decisions of the Fourth Court of Cassation.
