👮🏻♂️Legal chaos unfolded in the center of the capital: The prosecutor’s office of the North-Western Administrative District of Moscow in July and August 2022 twice conducted inspections of a company specializing in holding sports tournaments, despite the fact that all the requested documents were provided on time.
On August 8, in violation of all procedural norms, without initiating criminal or administrative cases, Ya. S. Titova, assistant prosecutor of the North-Western Administrative District of Moscow and junior counselor of justice, and Ilgazir Zinganchirov, employee of the police station of the Khoroshevo Department of Internal Affairs Mnevniki, tried to forcefully bring in the general director of the company for questioning , entering directly into his house and thereby violating the right to inviolability of the home, guaranteed by Art. 23 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

The arbitrariness of law enforcement officers in all spheres of society is growing exponentially, shaking the already weak business climate in Russia. Without the intervention of higher structures and strict regulation of the powers of security forces, such cases in legal practice will only become more frequent.
Although Titova later tried to apologize for the “inconvenience,” the attempt failed. Such arbitrariness of individual law enforcement officers, represented by Ya. S. Titova from the North-West Administrative District of the Moscow Prosecutor’s Office, will once again bring back the atmosphere and concepts of the 90s.
