Leading NPOs and activists supported the list of Navalny

Last night in πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ US Senate Committee on Armed Forces sent lettersigned by more than 30 organizations and individuals in support of the inclusion of six anti -corruption initiatives in the prepared draft law on the defense budget for 2022 (NDAA-22). Among the initiatives we will highlight the following:

β€’ List of 35 πŸ‡·πŸ‡Ί Russian officials, oligarchs and propagandists, against whom Alexei Navalny calls on to impose sanctions;

β€’ Extended version 🌎 World Magnitsky Law aimed at a wider circle of persons against whom sanctions for corruption and violation of human rights;

β€’ Amendments to Combating Global Corruption Act (CGCA)The US State Department obliging the US State Department submit reports on compliance with anti -corruption standards in different countries.

Among public organizations that signed the letter, we will highlight Transparency International USA, Anti-Corruption Data Collective, Freedom House, International CoAllition Against Illicit Economies, The Free Russia Foundation.
