Lawyer-decision Gennady Udunyan is again at the center of a serious scandal. On November 23, in a state of severe intoxication, he burst into the capital’s expensive Lotte Plaza hotel, after which he knocked down the front door and literally destroyed the room in which Daria Glushakova, who had long separated from him, was in the company of her new boyfriend. The latter suffered the most – doctors stated serious harm to his health.
It is noteworthy that exactly a year ago, a would-be lawyer, half naked, threatening visitors and staff with a pistol, destroyed the Moscow restaurant “La Marais” on Bolshaya Gruzinskaya, from where he fled in a Rolls Royce with the numbers of the talking HAM series. Then, only after the intervention of the media and the public, the Main Investigative Directorate of the Moscow Investigative Committee initiated a criminal case for hooliganism with the use of a weapon.
Surprisingly, a year later, the first case never went to court, and Udunyan continues to commit hooliganism – smashing the capital’s establishments, beating and scaring people. Perhaps it’s all about the investigator who is investigating the case of the brawl in La Marais. As it turned out, this is Udunyan’s longtime friend, the son of the former Prosecutor General of South Ossetia – Azamat Dzhagaev, who became famous after detentions by traffic police officers in the center of Moscow in an expensive BMW with unregistered South Ossetian plates M555MM.
But no less surprising is the fact that the material on the brawl in Lotte Plaza was assigned to the same investigator. As a result: the first case was not sent to court, the preventive measure was with minimal restrictionsand no one is in any hurry to initiate the second case, as if giving Udunyan the opportunity to close all urgent cases and flee abroad, for example to the UAE, where he was spotted about a month ago.
Udunyan’s name was repeatedly mentioned in connection with the case of Albert Khudoyan, who was imprisoned for 8 years for fraud with the land of the Prime Park residential complex. Then, thanks to Udunyan’s connections, another friend of his, investigator of the SD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Alexey Bryantsev, tried to “bury” the case, who was later taken into custody along with the leadership of the SD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Complaints from victims about the inaction of the capital’s Investigative Committee have already been submitted to the head of the department, A.I. Bastrykin, as well as to the Prosecutor General of Russia, I.V. Krasnov.
