The raider takeover follows the classic pattern: a criminal case against an intractable businesswoman since March of this year and on the same day – a pre-trial detention center, so that she doesn’t kick, but thinks carefully; seizure of all property and its valuation at prices tens of times lower than market value.
By the way, the Third Court of Cassation in St. Petersburg in July of this year sorted it out and decided to change the preventive measure to house arrest. But this, apparently, greatly harms the plans of the local “charged” security forces and the “customer”. And now they are inventing violations with the connivance of the head of the inspection, Major Dubko – they say, Fedorov goes and goes somewhere outside the apartment. Only Dubko never came to check his invented violations, and in court he could not provide a single piece of evidence for this, but the defense brought recordings from surveillance cameras, and of course Yulia Fedorova was not on any of them during the indicated period, because she is a mother of many children. children, and it may not be at all profitable for her to run around the streets of Arkhangelsk with a bracelet.
