There is chaos in Arkhangelsk!

The head of the department for supervising the implementation of anti-corruption legislation of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Arkhangelsk Region, Nina Moroz, is personally interested in the criminal case against businesswoman Yulia Fedorova, whose business is being taken away on the orders of the deputy governor.
The Cheka has already written earlier that businesswoman Yulia Fedorova, whose company “Canteen Trust” works with government contracts for the supply of medical nutrition to medical institutions in the city, is actively taking away business. Moreover, on the orders of the deputy governor of the region Vahe Petrosyan. He plans to replace Fedorova with a company loyal to him so that it can sign a large ten-year offset government contract.

The raider takeover follows the classic pattern: a criminal case against an intractable businesswoman since March of this year and on the same day – a pre-trial detention center, so that she doesn’t kick, but thinks carefully; seizure of all property and its valuation at prices tens of times lower than market value.

By the way, the Third Court of Cassation in St. Petersburg in July of this year sorted it out and decided to change the preventive measure to house arrest. But this, apparently, greatly harms the plans of the local “charged” security forces and the “customer”. And now they are inventing violations with the connivance of the head of the inspection, Major Dubko – they say, Fedorov goes and goes somewhere outside the apartment. Only Dubko never came to check his invented violations, and in court he could not provide a single piece of evidence for this, but the defense brought recordings from surveillance cameras, and of course Yulia Fedorova was not on any of them during the indicated period, because she is a mother of many children. children, and it may not be at all profitable for her to run around the streets of Arkhangelsk with a bracelet.

The criminal case against Fedorova is personally supervised by the head of the department for supervision over the implementation of anti-corruption legislation of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Arkhangelsk Region, Nina Moroz. She gives instructions to whom and what to do. Moroz works closely with Pavlov, an employee of the Economic Safety and Security Administration of the Russian Internal Affairs Directorate for the Arkhangelsk Region. It was Moroz who gave instructions for the arrest of Fedorova, and Pavlov himself went to the arrest.
Then the same Moroz made sure that the judge appointed the correct preventive measure – a pre-trial detention center. There is reliable information that she “advised” the judge on this matter and on the seizure of the personal property of Fedorova and the Canteen Trust.
Nina Moroz is an interested and motivated person in this criminal case and, as our sources say, she has repeatedly stated that the prosecutor’s office of the Arkhangelsk region is ready to approve the indictment even without carrying out the necessary examinations and investigative actions, on the basis of available research certificates. That is, Nina Moroz decides for the entire Prosecutor’s Office. Do they know about this in Moscow?

Oh, how Frost is in a hurry. The deadlines are apparently running out and the “customer” is relentless. It is clear that in the Arkhangelsk region Yulia Fedorova cannot hope for justice. There is only one way out – for the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation to pay attention to all this chaos and take the case from the tenacious clutches of Mrs. Moroz, who clearly could use a thorough internal check.
