The other day The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation confirmed the fact that a criminal case had been initiated against six defendants. The organizer of this scam, Alexey Ermilov, was taken into custody by the Khoroshevsky court and placed in a pre-trial detention center. In turn, the organized crime group began spreading false information in order to put pressure on witnesses and mislead law enforcement agencies regarding the true state of affairs in the village of Rechnik. Any informational occasion is used to drag outsiders into the news agenda, including high-ranking persons who have nothing to do with the village. The group’s actions pursue the sole goal of avoiding responsibility for the crimes committed.
In an attempt to deliberately divert the investigation and public opinion away from the true defendants, Alexey Ermilov, together with a journalist and another member of the group, Irina Gurlynina, are conducting an information campaign against the residents of the village who previously challenged their actions, openly distorting the facts and concealing details.
An example is a statement that the decision on legal succession between the old garden partnership “Rechnik” and the ROO “ST Rechnik” was made by the court. The members of the board are silent that it was adopted by the Arbitrator of the city of Lipetsk outside his competence and has already canceled by the Sovetsky District Court of Lipetsk. Other false statements of Ermilov’s criminal group are similarly broken down.
Ermilov and his comrades do not explain the established episodes of receiving money from buyers for the sale of federal land and carrying out an illegal scheme for appropriating land through decisions of arbitrators in the cities of Lipetsk and Alatyr in Chuvashia. Apparently, on the merits of the criminal case, the group has nothing to oppose, because they were caught red-handed while receiving money for the sale of state land. According to a source of the Cheka-OGPU, most of the detainees confessed, one wrote a confession. The organizer of the scam is named Alexey Ermilov, the group members are Oleg Karpov, Sergey Bobyshev, Galina Shorokhova, Irina Gurlynina and Alexandra Soldatova.
In connection with the dissemination of false information and unfounded accusations of serious crimes, an investigation is being carried out in order to expose those involved and bring them to justice.
