Last week, the domestic Air Transport Settlement System (ATSS) celebrated 30 years of operation. The System’s contribution to the organization of air transport support was highly appreciated by the Federal Air Transport Agency in a congratulatory telegram.
30 years is not so short for an industry system, but first let’s figure out what this System is. Its participants are airlines, agencies for the sale of transportation and services, and TKP JSC, which ensures the activities of ATSS.

The system is functioning and developing, TCH operates successfully and was able to survive default, financial crisis, cessation of airline operations, bankruptcies of agencies, pandemic, sanctions restrictions, strong pressure from both Western and Russian structures, and airlines that lobbied for the introduction of foreign systems for processing domestic transportation on the territory of Russia. Times have changed, but such attempts at pressure still continue.

Since October 2019, TCH has been under completely unreasonable pressure from the Moscow Prosecutor’s Office for Supervision of the Execution of Laws on Air and Water Transport of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation: constant inspections, frivolous claims, courts, complaints, appeals, submissions, including to the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.

It is puzzling that, having lost in all courts, and even having received a refusal to transfer the case to the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, representatives of the prosecutor’s office did not calm down and filed a complaint addressed to the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.

The question arises: what or who is forcing the prosecutor’s office employees to tirelessly try to interfere with the work and complicate the activities of the backbone enterprise of the aviation industry, which has been providing mutual settlements for our civil aviation for 30 years…
