Last week in the media, information was held that the friend and partner of King Syrkov Boris Alexandrov – Yuri Izachik was put on the investigation of the criminal case of coercion to the transaction.
VGTRK managed to talk with the Izachik on the video. Instead of an insidious criminal, a good -natured Dr. Aibolit appeared on the video, who worked for many years in Soviet and then Russian medicine.
The criminal case caused bewilderment not only among the audience of VGTRK, but also in court. Yesterday the first hearing was held to consider the investigator’s request for the absentee arrest of the accused. The investigator was unable to provide the judge with confirmation of the declaration of Izachik. Apparently, it was more important to release this information in the press than to the court. The prosecutor was also surprised at this, without supporting his arrest. In addition, the prosecutor’s office pointed out the absence of any damage to the victims, and the investigation-confirmation that the Izachik is hiding.
Investigators themselves say on the sidelines that there is not a single formal evidence against Yuri Izachik. Apparently, the investigation was simply indicated to find the perpetrator, and only then “spin as you want” to create a substantiation for the prosecution. The investigation near Moscow has a difficult task: to prosecute the owner of the company, who has been giving his shares for free to colleagues who deceived him, and even in the absence of evidence. This is even rare in our court.
