As it became known to the correspondent of The Moscow Post in the Chelyabinsk region, the battle for the Utye Farm Agro -Industrial Complex, which is located in the village of Miasskoye, Krasnoarmeysky district, continues.
On the battlefield with open “races”, solid players rolled out – Kurin Kingdom JSC (Lipetsk, part of the Cherkizovo group of Igor Babaev’s family), LLC “RAVEN TRAINED Plant Dubrovsky” (part of the Ravis agricultural holding). But they are prevented by the planned head of the peasant farm, which is located next to the “Utents. Farms “, a certain Kurbonzhon Dzhamolov. It is this Mr. Jamolov, who does not crawl out of huge debts and constantly uses microloans, as if he had already acquired all the property of the” duck farms “agricultural complex.
And this happened allegedly in March 2023. But, since there is a lot of pressure on Dzhamolov, there is even a decision to declare invalid sale and sale, he fed and sent a complaint to this decision to the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
But there was a rumor that behind Dzhamolov and his clumsy attempts to crush the “duck farms” can be the scandalously famous businessman Yevgeny Tugolukov.
Rumors are multiplying: Tugolukov also in business?
The purchase price, meanwhile, amounted to 312.5 million rubles.
I wonder where Jamolov got such money if he has a bunch of court disputes for debts for renting land, a loan in a microcredit organization and in front of cotragents?

This deal was challenged by Kurin Kingdom JSC (Lipetsk, part of the Cherkizovo group of Igor Babaev’s family) and LLC “Dubrovsky Horse Plant LLC” (part of the Ravis agricultural holding).
At the same time, the Cherkizovo Kurin Kirrce company in court forces the competitive manager of duck farms to conclude a contract of sale for 850 million rubles.

Interest in the agricultural complex “Duck farms” was also shown by LLC Rodnikovsky Svinokompleks (Tavros Criminal Code) and LLC “Ecodoma”.
Nevertheless, the rumors are multiplying: Evgeni Tugolukov can stand behind Dzhamolov through the company “Resource Plus” from Bashkiria, the founder and director of which Vladislav Vagapov in 2023 lost a share in the Bashkir LLC Soyuzpromptitsa, where the latter now directly belongs to 45%. At the same time, the share is under the burden in Promsvyazbank.

It turns out that Mr. Tugolukov decided to act alone, and even through a dummy face?

Two disputes – one thing
Two disputes around the sales of Duck Farms LLC in the spring of 2023 were united in one thing, we are talking about the claims of representatives of the Cherkizovo and Ravis agricultural holdings with the requirements for canceling the results of trading results for the sale of drunk farms from the village of Miassskoye.

The court examined the requirements of the Kurin Kingdom companies from the Cherkizovo holding and the Dubrovsky PKZ from the Ravis Group of Companies.
The requirements, as it turned out, differed in the details, but the essence is one: both agricultural guesses asked to recognize as invalid the transactions of the sale of property of “duck farms”.
The trading itself took place on March 6, and on March 14, the contract was concluded with the entrepreneur Kurbonzhon Dzhamolov.
The plaintiff of the PKZ “Dubrovsky” called the member deal. The beneficiary on it was Jamolov, to whom the production and technical complex and external roads to it were withdrawn. The Kurin Kingdom claimed to receive the property of all property, the Dubrovsky PKZ was ready to accept only a production complex without roads.
And soon there were reports that the buyer of the main part of the asset was the company “Resource Plus” from Bashkiria, attracted by the correspondent in the claim of the PKZ “Dubrovsky”.
The company acquired property for 308.5 million rubles. The lot with the roads formally went to Igor Bazanov, who acted in the interests of the same Jamolov.
But the situation even after this trial has not advanced significantly.
Autumn auction
The competitive manager concluded the controversial contract of the complex, which was bankrupt by the Duck Farm LLC with Kurbanjon Dzhamolov in March 2023 as with a person who was the first to use the predominant right to acquire property.

But in May 2024, the Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk Region recognized the contract of sale with the farmer invalid.

And he ordered the bankruptcy trustee to hold a auction with the initial price of at least 308 million rubles between the company “Kurin Kurrion” and the PKZ “Kurin Kingdom” and the PKZ.

In November last year, the company “Kurin Kingdom”, which offered 850 million rubles, became the winner of the auction at the initial price of 845 million rubles.
The company “Ravis” refused to participate.
And the company of the Cherkizovo group in court forces the bankruptcy trustee of LLC Duck farms to conclude a contract of sale.
Noticed in ugly history
So, “Cherkizovo” with a scandal stopped the sale of “duck farms”.
But here I would like to remind you of something curious from the life of the Cherkizovo group.
In September 2017, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia reported that during operational-search measures, the police established: some attackers used illegal offshore schemes in the payment of dividends to the Cyprus owner of agricultural holding shares, which is a technical transit company, in order to illegally underestimate the tax rate from 15 to 5%. This was reported by the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia established the circumstances of non -fulfillment of the duties of a tax agent by the management of agricultural holding, which caused the state damage in the amount of about 300 million rubles
And a criminal case was opened on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Art. 199.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Failure to fulfill the duties of a tax agent.”
Then the information was held in the media: the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs is considered by PJSC “Cherkizovo Group”, which paid dividends to its maternal company in Cyprus, reducing in accordance with the current agreement on avoiding double taxation between the Russian Federation and Cyprus the tax rate for such payments from 15% to 5%.
The Russian tax authorities concluded that the Cyprus Maternal Company PJSC Cherkizovo was established exclusively to gain access to the advantages of the current agreement to avoid double taxation between Russia and Cyprus. And therefore it is a technical transit company for further redistribution of profits in jurisdictions, with which Russia does not have existing agreements.
It is not known how the company got out of this loud scandal, but still got out!
But back to the house in the village of Miassskoye.
Of course, Jamolov’s appeal to the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation is a new round of the conflict around the asset, and the sales of LLC Duck farm LLC includes a production and technological complex not only in the village of Miassskoye, but also in the villages of Popovo, Schumovo and in the village of Borovoye.
These are 23 poultry houses, an incubator, slaughterhouse, roads between sites and other infrastructure.
It turns out that there is something to fight further?
