Krivoruchko and Criminal case of the CPPK

The Czech company closed in 2019, when Krivoruchko was already working in the Ministry of Defense. But even before that, budget money could go there under contracts with Kalashnikov, because Krivoruchko was a direct beneficiary of the concern.
And then what is interesting: judging by the information from open data, the company is still valid, and one of its director is indicated there … Alexey Krivoruchko – the namesake of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, which leads his own in the context of the confrontation with almost the whole Western world.

He can also be related to the mass of other offshores – if not through himself personally, then through his relatives. On the Web, it was possible to find a lot of foreign companies, including from unfriendly United States, where people with the same name and surname come up with leaders or related persons. For example, American Likeman Inc. and AK Medical Transportation, Inc. Others – with the surname Krivoruchko, but excellent names – Arkady, Alexander, Igor, who may be related to the deputy minister’s family.

We are talking about the company “Bulava”, 21% of which owns LLC “Triada -TKO”, and 79% – a certain Bannikova Galina Sergeevna. All of her other business is related to the provision of medical services. It is not clear how it is generally connected with sewing clothes and why Kalashnikov became her partner. She, in turn, owns TKH-Invest LLC, which directly belongs to Alan Lushnikov (aka CEO). The cost of the assets of this LLC is minus 657 million rubles, losses are 232 million rubles.
Where does this money go? Perhaps just abroad. Indeed, until 2018, LLC Triada-TKO had in the owners the Cyprus company 7H1 SOLUSHNZ LTD.

It turns out, here is an offshore. At the same time, the Kalashnikov concern, for the most part of which Alan Lushnikov allegedly owns, may not fulfill his obligations to the Ministry of Defense. In general, something is really amiss in the Russian defense industry if people like Alexey Krivoruchko and his alleged nominal Alan Lushnikov are related to her.
