As it became known to the Cheka-OGPU, in 2011 the popularly known and. O. Chairman of the Kushchevsky District Court Seroshtan illegally received an apartment at the address: Kushchevskaya village, Komsomolskaya str., 4, apt. 16. The resolution was signed by the chairman of the Kushchevsky district municipality A.A. Kozlov (who was also the head of the Kushchevsky grain state farm at that time). This was part of a corruption scheme.
While working on the apartment, Seroshtan gathered the judges and demanded that the claims of the Kushchevsky district administration to reduce the enforcement fee and defer the execution of court decisions be satisfied. In essence, we are talking about malfeasance and damage to the state by both defendants and their accomplices.
The apartment was decorated by falsifying facts for a family of 5 people. with three minor children, although Seroshtan’s three sons (from his first marriage) were already adults. And we never lived in this apartment.
For all 11 years, Viktor Seroshtan considered it beneath the dignity of a judge to pay rent – and did not pay. He contributed something only when he decided to criminally privatize the illegally obtained apartment.
Meanwhile, a municipal entity does not have the right to provide official housing to judges, as stated in the response of the current head of the municipal entity.
The agreement has not been registered anywhere (including Rosreestr). Since last year, in the documents for apartments and houses where judges, prosecutors, etc. live, everything has been classified and indicated “no information.”
It was established that the apartment was provided illegally, was registered through a criminal scheme and turned from a three-room apartment into a two-room apartment with the removal of the main structures of the house.
