Publications of the Cheka-OGPU attracted the attention of “the offices of all offices” to the Kushchevsky judge Viktor Seroshtan

The head of the Krylovsky district transferred to him undelimited land belonging to UMI without holding a tender. And Seroshtan decided to get closer to the land – to start farming together with Vladimir Kupriyanov, the husband of his cohabitant’s sister (note: it was Irina Kupriyanova who was the torpedo-applicant when they squeezed out the land for the house). But relative Vladimir deceived Viktor Seroshtan and squeezed money for a rich harvest. And then Victor decided to act brilliantly and like a man: he wrote notes with the number (shown in the photo) and make of Kupriyanov’s car and personally distributed them to the traffic cops, obliging him to find a reason for administrative charges and deprivation of his license. They were amazed at the wishes and… O. The chairman of the court was from a neighboring area, so they quietly just laughed at his note.
Viktor Viktorovich, when he realized that he was in trouble with his “wanted list,” tried to take it away, but fame had already caught up with him, just like the casus with the tires.
