The judge of the Moscow Arbitration Court Elena Kondrat appealed to the Supreme Court a decision of the VKKS, which was given consent to the initiation of a criminal case against Kondrat on the grounds of a crime under part 4 of article 291.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Mediation in bribery on an especially large scale”). According to the TFR and the FSB in Moscow and the region, Kondrat handed over 50 thousand dollars to its former assistant, and now also the judge of ASGM Elena Makhkina for making a decision of the right to businessmen. The meeting on the complaint Kondrat is scheduled for September 28.

It became known what documents were submitted in the VKKS to make a decision on the consent to initiate the case to the judge. These are 3 volumes: two of them – the track record of Kondrat and one volume – the report of the UFSB employees, the statement of Makhalkina and the voice decoding of the conversation between Kondrat and Makhalkina. At the same time, the textual decoding itself is incomplete, the phrases are torn from the context and the investigator indicates in many places that the text is lost.

For example, the investigation believes that on September 1, 2020, Kondrat with Makhalkina, being in a restaurant of a swallow, ordered sea hedgehogs and ordering sea hedgehogs means a proposal to get a bribe.

It is worth noting that, contrary to the recently, Kondrat never collaborated with the investigation, moreover, she had not yet had communication with representatives of the operational investigative group. Investigator Kondratyev refuses to interview Kondrat. He motivates it like that. If the VKKS, on the basis of the materials presented, agreed to initiate the case, which means the materials were collected in full. And after the approval of the VKKS, the materials can no longer be supplemented.
