And he ordered Makhlaev to compensate for the damage to Togliattiazot in the amount of 77 billion rubles, and his minority is the “Uralhim” in the amount of 10 billion rubles.
One of the defendants was recognized as Tomet, and the penalty was addressed to him.
Later, the bankruptcy lawsuit filed by TOAZ was forced to join Uralhim – in order to prevent new fraud with assets and monetary funds of Tometa.
Earlier, on November 25, 2020, the Arbitration Court of the Samara Region examined the claims of the bankruptcy of Tometa, filed by Togliattiazot and Uralhim, and recognized Togliattiazot as an improper applicant-after all, his representatives in the criminal court did not recognize the fact of the application of 77-million damage. The arbitration court introduced on Tomet the observation procedure, which prevented the withdrawal of assets and funds under the guise of bankruptcy according to the script of the Makhlaev.
