The situation was like this: the ex-lieutenant colonel of the Lyakhovets, who organized the tossing of drugs to me, understood that the hype would rise, and decided to insure him with “reinforced concrete evidence.” As I understand it, Lyakhovets did not come up with anything better how to lend “evidence” from colleagues from the neighboring department, asking a photo from other detentions, which can be seen in a lot of drugs. Lyakhovets took one photo from my apartment (the protocol did not indicate that the photographs were used), added several photos from the drug laboratory, and sent them to his boss Andrei Shchirov, he sent the photo to the head of the Internal Affairs Directorate for CJSC Andrei Puchkov. In the morning the photos were at the head of the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow, Yuri Titov. While the press service agreed on a press release, Titov sent a photo to Baza.
Lyakhovets did not provide one – many journalists, my friends, were visiting me and photographed an apartment. When a press release appeared with photographs of a drug laboratory in some kind of oiled shed, everyone was surprised and about 15 minutes later the old photos taken in my apartment began to publish. And an hour later, colleagues from the Rain TV channel arrived in the apartment, and took off how it really looks. Here, doubts arose not only among my colleagues, but also by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow. Titov arrived in the ATC in the CJSC, he was taken to Lyakhovts, who confirmed that the photo of the drug laboratories was really taken in the apartment of Golunov and there can be no mistake, all the journalists are lying. A couple of hours of Titov assured everyone that the photos were true, in between, he told the authorities that Golunov was not a journalist at all, but a “drain tank”, only whose he still did not understand. Then, nevertheless, the leadership of the Internal Affairs Directorate in the CJSC Robko admitted that it was possible that the lining had still occurred and the photos were not related to the Golunov’s apartment, the press release was removed from the website of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Titov tried to convince the authorities that the employees of the press service of the Internal Affairs Directorate in the CJSC set him up, although they saw the photo only when they were published. Titov was dismissed from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, but soon employed in the structure of the Moscow City Hall of Moscow Security City House, where he is engaged in something like creating a positive image of rallies.
The continuation of the story with the drug laboratory is even cooler. Recently I learned the history of the “owners” of the drug laboratory. In June 2019, Evgeny Pankov and Maxim Sakharov, employees of the police department in CJSC. Grandfather Pankova owned a huge cottage in the Odintsovo district of the Moscow Region, he handed over part of the site, then his grandfather died, Pankov became the heir to the summer cottage. He did not have time to deal with the tenants in the country, as Pankova and his acquaintance were detained. The drug laboratory was in the country, which was handed over to Grandfather Pankov. Although the investigators did not find prints and DNA detainees for equipment. Checking billing, computers, phones also did not give anything. Moreover, part of the material evidence (“bags with an unknown substance”) were lost. After 1.5 years, the deadline for detention in the pre -trial detention center, Pankov and Sakharov ended on a recognizance not to leave. Then they charged under Part 5 of Article 228.1 (“on an especially large scale”). On this charges, a jury is possible, and when it became clear that the accused want to take this right, the prosecutor’s office sent the case for the subsequence. There is no information on the Moscow Regional Council, that the case was received in court.
