Karpova. for the final resolution of the issue in their favor. Karpova got involved with such a sum with enthusiasm and forgot about all confidentiality measures.
Now the security forces are actively interested in Karpova’s figure. After her reappointment as deputy chairman of the Moscow Cassation, she began to openly “chase”: she takes on any issues, summons judges and gives them illegal instructions. In front of her colleagues, she positions herself as the real head of the Moscow Cassation, and believes that she has influence on the current chairman of the court, V.V. Kress. and is working on the issue of replacing it. According to available materials, Karpova often gives instructions on how to resolve a case on behalf of the Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation I.L. Podnosova, who is not aware that her name has been commercialized. The interesting thing here is that, according to an unofficial complaint from Judge A.N. Nagornaya. The Directorate M of the FSB of the Russian Federation documented the fact of the transfer of funds (50 million rubles) from one French retailer, in which Karpova once again intervened and put pressure on Nagornaya.
