The text of the football players’ contracts with agent A. Manyakov is nothing more than a type of enslaving deal. Particularly noteworthy is the clause according to which the football player is obliged to pay 10% of income even upon termination of the agency agreement.
Of course, this condition is logical in a situation where the occurrence of income is associated with the activities of the agent. But this point is prudently not specified in A. Manyakov’s contract. And it is no coincidence, because situations where an agent, having signed an agreement, did not contact the football player for months are not uncommon. And as soon as the athlete reports termination… the enslaving clause of the contract is “turned on”.
At the same time, an agent with a telling surname, in attempts to impose tribute and appropriate other people’s money, stops at nothing, even resorting to outright forgery. For example, when considering a dispute with N. Krivtsov, it turned out that the signature of the football player’s mother in the enslaving agreement was fake. Manyakov A. showed dishonesty not only in his relations with football players. Thus, earlier searches were carried out in A. Mankov’s office as part of criminal case according to a fixed match between Chaika and Chernomorets. The agent also came to light in the scandal with double representation in Torpedo, when agents received from both the club and the players.
