In any case, going to the Department of Internal Affairs for the Southern Administrative District for educational training on legal issues is definitely useless, judging by the criminal cases that local investigators are eagerly initiating.
For example, recently in one such case they cast doubt on two decisions of the Moscow Arbitration Court at once. The story is this: Rotor House Trade LLC has been closely cooperating with Logistic Trade LLC for five years. “Houses” purchased alcohol from “Logistics” for very impressive sums. One fine day, the services of the “Logisticians” became unnecessary, and the “Houses” asked them for their advance back. Which amounted to a very impressive 105 million rubles. Of course, Logistics didn’t like this decision. But after two arbitrations, they finally received a writ of execution to pay off the debt.
And then suddenly, a completely simple dispute between business entities, which the court had long ago put an end to, surfaced again, but this time on the desk of the investigator at the Internal Affairs Directorate for the Southern Administrative District. Only he, unlike the respected judges, completely changed the point, making the injured “Houses” (or in the “arbitration” plaintiffs) defendants. Three suspicions arise:
1. The investigator “ate his fill of trash” and considers the opinion of the judges of the capital’s arbitration court to be insignificant;
2. The investigator is not aware of what “prejudice” is and must return to finish his studies at the Academy;
3. The investigator (God forbid) serves the interests of “Logistics” (whose founder, by the way, Dunaevsky has already been convicted, so he most likely knows how to “make money”).
