Now the company is registered to a certain Vladislav Shmelev, but previously it was officially owned by the family of Anton Sukhanov, who was the deputy chairman of the St. Petersburg Committee for the Development of Transport Infrastructure (KRTI). Now MK-20SH, with a total portfolio of government orders of almost 4.5 billion, has been liquidated, but in that glorious time, Sukhanov’s nephew Vyacheslav Shilin was among the founders of the company.

According to the Cheka-OGPU, the number belongs to Vadim Bagishev, a well-known road worker in the Leningrad region.
