Arkady Chebanov, who, despite the search, remained in Russia, thanks to confidence in the power of his patron in the FSB Directorate for the Rostov Region (his name Chebanov trumps in almost every conversation), who guaranteed Arkady’s safety and the absence of a real search, nevertheless fears chance – sudden checks on the road or recording by video cameras. That’s why there’s a lot of confusion about where and how to arrange a meeting to sign documents: in the office or in the car; in a large spontaneous parking lot where there are no cameras, or in a mini-parking lot behind your own office building, so as not to have to travel far; Will a cap, sunglasses and a medical mask be enough for secrecy, or, nevertheless, for greater safety, put on a false nose.

It is unlikely that a particularly dangerous criminal who is on the international wanted list will be detained in the near future (the reason for this opinion is a subjective assessment of the degree of zeal of certain services), but listen to part of the meeting, where Arkady Chebanov (leader of the organized crime group), his ex-wife (judge in retired) Larisa Chebanova, his brother, Mikhail Chebanova, and lawyer Andranik Kichiyan are standing.
