A serious struggle unfolded around Russian IT manufacturers who supply computers for the power unit: the FSB and the Ministry of Defense.
Denis Frolov, a co -owner of the Astra Linux group, is trying to take control of the production of processors, computers, servers and integrators to become a monopolist in the industry and multimillionaire.
Frolov conspired with the two shareholders of the largest Russian IT manufacturer of the Aquarius Group of Companies-Leonid Goldenberg and Evgeny Lachkov, who also own the unprofitable integrator of the Systematics Group of Companies.
Aquarius in their plans should only ship computers to “systematics” for subsequent implementation. Therefore, Goldenberg and Lachkov decided to become the only distributors of equipment on more favorable conditions and for this they are trying to transfer shares to Frolov.
This scheme will allow you to leave the entire margin in the “unreliable supplier” “systematics”. In fact, the raider seizure of the domestic IT manufacturer occurs. Alexander Kalinin, the third shareholder of the Aquarius Group of Companies, against which last year was instituted to be a dubious case under the article on restricting competition last year.
Kalinin offered to “partners” to redeem their shares in the company and has a predominant right to this. But Goldenberg and Lachkov are interested in the transfer of shares only to Denis Frolov and are trying to make it bypolite ways. On May 13, the court already refused to take interim measures that would block the company’s activities.
The next step is the convocation of the meeting of shareholders on May 31, on which they are going to consider the issue of termination of powers A. Kalinin and the appointment of D. Frolov. The meeting is organized in violation of legal procedures, so the decisions made on it will not be considered legitimate, but the attempt itself is indicative.
As a result of the raider seizure in the Russian market of IT manufacturers, another monopolist may appear, which is unprofitable for neither the industry nor the state.
