So, probably, with the filing of Euro -chain JSC for almost four years, the investigator of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Mikhail Kornaukhov has been chasing one of his former partners – the St. Petersburg businessman Andrei Vedernikov.
In June 2018, Vedernikov was arrested on suspicion of fraud-allegedly he controlled the company UNR-290, Gorstroykonstrusthstroy and SMU Energostroy, which, according to the investigator, owed 89 million rubles. Earlier, Euro -cement lost all civilian courts to these companies and could not prove the “debt”, and apparently decided to make a bet on a criminal case, referring to the security forces. It is possible that it was the investigator Kornukhov who “staged” the landing of the entrepreneur in the pre -trial detention center and, according to the entrepreneur, without abysses asked to “return” the money, indicating which accounts. Vedernikov’s relatives decided that health was more expensive and transferred 89 million rubles on these accounts. After that, the businessman was transferred from a camera with drug addicts to a camera with the intelligentsia. But the appetite comes during meals – probably seeing the “solvency”, the investigator asked to add another 54 million “debt”. Vedernikov’s relatives paid again, seriously frightened by the deterioration of his health in the pre -trial detention center. After that, by a “wonderful” coincidence, Vedernikov returned home.
Does the incident seem to be exhausted? But with a criminal case you need to do something. Probably, after receiving money, the Euro -cement and the investigator ceased to be interested in. All this time, Vedernikov showed the security forces of the conclusion of specialists and the decision of the arbitration courts of the district, St. Petersburg and Moscow levels, who proved that all the stated cement was prepaid, and payment was made even in more than the actual supply of cement. The conclusions of experts and the decision of the courts for the GSU are not a decree, but probably the security forces realized the shapleness of the prosecution and offered the retraining of the case for a less serious composition with its further termination of the expiration of the statute of limitations. Another 39 million was asked from Vedernikov. He applied for a loan, but the bank refused him as an accused under such an article. Probably, then the security forces realized that there would be no third tranche. The decision on retraining for a less serious crime was canceled, and the case was sent to the court. It turned out here that in the case of the case of the Money case, the Euro -cement was paid much more than the cement was delivered in response. It is worth paying tribute – the prosecutor, having discovered this legal nonsense, stood on the guard of the law and did not approve the indictment. The case returned to the GSU, but was not terminated, since, probably, the investigator of Kornaukhov leaves no hope of getting something else from him.
There is another reason: the bureaucratic-silave machine is only one-a conviction. It has no other functions. Another thing is Kalvi, only less promoted? Even when the beneficiaries from the business are already quite satisfied with the received, their accomplices from the organs cannot stop – the release of the “personal” prisoner of one or another investigator is an unambiguous spot on the career of this investigator, therefore, having clutched, he will hang on his victim as a bulldog or tick – At the stake is a quarry and a reputation among colleagues. In this case, also huge money for an ordinary Russian – hundreds of millions of rubles.
