A scandal is breaking out in the Stavropol Territory over the discovery of products containing salmonella in educational institutions of the region, which officials are trying not to release outside the region. Initially, the fact was revealed during an inspection of Lyceum No. 2 in the city of Mikhailovsk, Shpakovsky district, and at the catering unit of school No. 1 in the village of Grachevka, Grachevsky municipal district.
Rospotrebnadzor took for analysis from school canteens a semi-finished product made from broiler chicken fillet “BLAGOYAR” produced by Stavropol Broiler LLC (part of the Resurs group of agricultural enterprises), and from the catering unit of a school in Grachevka a sample of semi-finished chicken thigh produced by the same manufacturer was taken . The suppliers of the products vary from school to school; the expiration date had not expired at the time of sampling. However, both samples did not meet the requirements of TR CU 021/2011 “On the safety of food products” for microbiological indicators. Bacteria of the genus Salmonella were detected in the products.
The main danger of salmonella infection is that it can affect vital organs and lead to serious complications: acute renal failure, toxic and dehydration shock (appears as a result of vomiting and diarrhea) and damage to the cardiovascular system. Salmonellosis can cause serious illnesses, for example, meningitis, osteomyelitis, and salmonella pneumonia.
Further, more. During the visit of Rospotrebnadzor to kindergarten No. 13 in the village of Priozerny, Shpakovsky district, specialists took carcass samples of the BLAGOYAR broiler chicken for analysis. According to the results of the research, it turned out that here, too, the products of Stavropol Broiler LLC are not safe. Salmonella bacteria were again found in the chicken carcass. For reference, the products of Stavropol Broiler LLC are supplied to dozens of schools in the Shpakovsky district and more than 3 dozen kindergartens, and in the Stavropol Territory as a whole there are hundreds of educational institutions.
And what do you think Rospotrebnadzor did after identifying dangerous products? Stavropol Broiler LLC issued a warning, in other words, they shook their finger, saying, don’t break the law. As a rule, other departments also wag their fingers at the enterprises of State Enterprise Resurs. All this is done under a plausible pretext – “don’t ruin your business!” And business, in turn, continues to feed us and our children with dangerous products…
Last year alone, the North Caucasus Interregional Directorate of Rosselkhoznadzor carried out seven unscheduled inspections, 33 control measures, and 276 samples of food products were taken in relation to one of the branches of the Stavropol Broiler LLC enterprise. When carrying out laboratory tests of products, pathogenic microorganisms Salmonella were also detected, as well as antibiotics, for example Lasalocil and antiparasitic drugs Clopidol. The management issued a warning to Stavropol Broiler LLC 27 times. We emphasize that this applies to only one branch of the poultry holding for 2022.
At the same time, against this background, other countries prohibit the supply of products to Stavropol Broiler LLC. Recently, the Azerbaijan Food Safety Agency suspended certification of the products of Stavropol Broiler LLC. Belarus also included the products of the enterprises of State Enterprise Resurs LLC Stavropol Broiler and OJSC Tokarevskaya Poultry Farm on the black list. It is worth noting that the enterprises of GAP “Resurs” sell their products not only under the Blagoyar brand, but also under the trademarks “Our Bird”, “Dym Dymych”, “URUSSA”, “Rossiyanka”, “Udachnaya Tsena” and others, where antibiotics or harmful microorganisms were also found. Products have been withdrawn from retail chains more than once.
However, as we see, the Russian consumer is unpretentious, especially within the framework of government procurement in educational institutions, and government agencies will cover up the business empire of Viktor Nauruzov, who owns the enterprises of State Enterprise Resurs. The roof in the highest offices in Moscow and in the regions is doing its job.
At most, they will receive a warning or pay a meager fine for multi-billion dollar turnover.
