Investigators from the territorial bodies of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Moscow Investigative Committee decided not to issue bonuses this year.

On December 28, all investigators at the Investigative Committee were expecting New Year bonuses. Traditionally, December is the only month of the year when security forces receive serious payments. In the same year, the leadership of the Investigative Committee in Moscow decided differently. As a rule, earlier, in December, taking into account all payments: financial assistance + savings + annual bonus + quarterly bonus + salary, the investigators received approximately 250 thousand – 300 thousand rubles. This year, instead of the expected payments, the investigators received 50,000-70,000, which included a salary and a quarterly bonus, the rest went to the priority needs of the Investigative Committee (cadets and building repairs).

However, it is worth noting that the Central Office did not forget about itself and employees there nevertheless received bonuses and all other due payments in the region of 230,000 – 300,000.

Sources report that against this background, the morale of the majority of employees is depressed, the New Year’s mood is spoiled, many have begun to think about changing jobs, since they no longer see a future in a system with such priorities.

Considering that since January investigators have been providing themselves with paper and cartridges on their own, the situation becomes even sadder.
