When Ivan Tkachev decided to send Matus to bars as a person who knows too much management to the FSB of the Russian Federation, it became clear that sooner or later these three foreign cars would come out to Miniakhmetov and Ulyanov’s side. The investigator gave his two cars (Lexus and Mercedes) to the monastery. And Ulyanov made sure and sold Jaguar for 6 million rubles (at the same time that Matus bought it for the operative for 7.2 million rubles). As Meshcheryakov said during the interrogation, in 2019 he met with Miniakhmetov, he handed him 6 million rubles (the amount proceeded for the sale of Jaguar) and gave instructions on how this money should be transferred to the father of Matus. The main thing was to indicate in the appointment of the payment: “Counting debt for the car.” All these documents were introduced to the materials on Miniihematov, as one of the evidence of guilt. But the Prosecutor General did not see any crime. Three foreign cars and 600 thousand dollars (and there was also money transferred to Miniakhmktov) is this a bribe?
