Investigator of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation Investigative Committee for the Southern Military District Alexander Khomyakov will atone for his sins with the blood of others.
A criminal case is ongoing against the alleged administrators of the Rats of Rostov channel.
In the criminal case initiated against the former head of department M of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Rostov region, Evgeniy Smirnov, and his former deputy, Roman Upornikov, the time has come for the accused and their defense attorneys to familiarize themselves with the materials of the criminal case in accordance with the requirements of Art. 217 Code of Criminal Procedure.
The investigator of the Armed Forces of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Southern Military District, Alexander Khomyakov, asked the accused and their defense attorneys to quickly familiarize themselves with the case for its subsequent transfer to court. In addition to the previous charge of bribery, for some reason Smirnov and Upornikov were added Art. 128 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (slander), to the previously convicted bailiff Mikhail Goncharov, with whose accusation of extorting a debt from his ex-wife all criminal cases began (Goncharov agreed with the accusation, admitted his administration of the channel, and went to the camps for 7 years). But Goncharov was not charged with libel – 128 of the Criminal Code.
At the same time, Khomyakov, who has been at fault (he was involved in extorting money from the head of the operational unit of the commandant’s office of the border department of the FSB of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Russia), is sent to a “penal battalion” – on a long business trip to the LDPR, to bathe his shoals with someone else’s blood. Meanwhile, the participants in the massacre of former FSB employees are facing retribution. The judge of the Zheleznodorozhny Court, Kuvinov, who made the first decision to take into custody FSB Colonel Yevgeny Smirnov, has been ordered to leave the court. Kuvinov is fired very badly, perhaps even with the subsequent initiation of a criminal case. The judge may be reminded of all his past affairs.
