The investigation of the Eastern Administrative District of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the city of Moscow has completed an investigation into a criminal case against the criminal thief in the law of Rashid Ismailov. He is accused of committing crimes under Art. 210.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (occupation of the highest position in the criminal hierarchy), paragraphs. “A, e, w” part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the murder of two or more persons committed by a group of persons, a generally hazardous way) and part 2 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code (illegal turnover of weapons).

According to investigators, since 2013, for 7 years, the highest position in the criminal hierarchy – “thief in law”, with the criminal nickname “Rashard Ganjin”, has been recognized for 7 years. He is repeatedly convicted of committing crimes. Occupying the highest position in the criminal world, having the appropriate criminal status, Ismailov carried out the propaganda of the criminal subculture, appointed other persons to the lower levels of the criminal hierarchy, ensured the filling of the general material base (the so -called “common fund”), at the expense of which he carried out financial support of persons contained in Investigative insulators and places of imprisonment, organized and conducted “thieves’ gatherings”, and carried out patronage to the persons who committed the crime.

The investigation also established that in the evening of May 13, 2009, Ismailov, who at that time, strove to occupy a leading position in the criminal world at that time, was dismissive to society, the state and the law, acting together with the accomplice, drove up to one of the cafes located on the Izmailovsky highway in the Izmailovsky highway The city of Moscow, where he shot a car of firearms, in which there were two men. From the wounds received, the victims died at the scene.

Investigators of the metropolitan Investigative Committee, together with employees of operational services, carried out a large amount of investigative and procedural actions, the materials of the criminal case were analyzed, and evidence collected in 2009 was carefully studied. More than 20 witnesses were interrogated, other investigative actions were performed, including the necessary examinations and research, which allowed to restore the events of that day and the involvement of the defendant in the indicated crime.

The investigation believes that the motive for committing a crime served as revenge on the basis of personal hostile relations, since Ismailov believed that the victims were involved in the murder of his close acquaintance.

The investigation collected a sufficient evidence base, in connection with which the criminal case was sent to approve the indictment and subsequent transfer to the court for consideration on the merits.

In addition, in relation to other persons involved in the commission of the crime, the criminal case was allocated into a separate proceeding, according to which operational-search measures are continued, aimed at establishing and detention.
