The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, on the basis of the data on the detention of the accused Telman Ismailov in Montenegro, all the necessary materials were sent to prepare a request for his issuance and further criminal prosecution of the specified person in the territory of our state. The Russian consequence of Ismailov was put on the international wanted list back in 2017 in connection with the establishment of his involvement in the murder of two entrepreneurs.
To date, the Investigative Committee for him in absentia is incriminated by the commission of crimes under paragraphs. “A”, “g”, “h” of Part 2 of Art. 105, part 3 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code (murder; illegal turnover of weapons), as well as paragraphs. “A”, “B”, part 2 of Art. 126 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (human abduction).
It was established that Telman Ismailov, being the organizer of the murder of two entrepreneurs – Vladimir Savkin and Yuri Brylev, together with his brothers Rafik and Vagif Ismailov developed a plan for the commission of a crime. Mehman Kerimov, performed the murder,. On May 15, 2016, on the Novorizhskoye Shosse, while in the car of the car, Kerimov fired shots from a pistol in two victims who died from wounds. Suppressing the will to resist, the accused forcibly placed the victim in the rear seat of the car and moved it to Ismailov’s house in the Moscow region, where they kept it within the day, until he agreed to fulfill all Ismailov’s requirements.
For complicity in the abduction of a person (paragraphs “A, B” of part 2 of article 126 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) Damirov and Gusakov have already been convicted. In addition, in July of this year, the Supreme Court of Russia was abandoned by a conviction against the brother of Telman Ismailov – Rafik, who was sentenced to commit crimes under paragraphs. “A, w, s” part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code, part 3 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code, to 17 years in prison in a maximum security colony. Mehman Kerimov was also convicted of similar articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 13 years in prison in a maximum security colony. In relation to Mardanov, the trial continues. The rest of the defendants remain on the wanted list.
