72-year-old entrepreneur Valery Bagdasarov committed suicide at the Dmitrovskaya metro station in Moscow at the end of March this year. The businessman went down from the platform on the way and lay on the rails right in front of the train.
Bagdasarov left a suicide note in which he explained that he decided on suicide due to “problems in business.” Investigators began to disassemble the situation and found out that recently Baghdasarov had serious showdowns with his former partner – a kind of Kazachenko. Bagdasarov believed that Kazachenko artificially bankrupt his companies and withdrew all the money from them. And this is almost two hundred million rubles. And then the most interesting began. 
It turned out that the money was withdrawn from firms thanks to the miraculous appearance of strange “debt receipts”. The court in Zelenograd accepted these documents, despite the fact that Baghdasarov stated that they were fake and printed on a printer over another document. The judge sent them for examination to the local Zelenograd company, which “unexpectedly” recognized the authenticity of documents. However, Baghdasarov did not give up. And already an official examination of the Research Institute under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation determined that the pieces of paper are fake.
After that, the investigator of the Zelenograd department of the Main Directorate of the IC in Moscow Prikhodko opened a fraud case. The gears of justice spun, but suddenly everything stopped. Suddenly, after one of the reports “Up”, the leadership of the Zelenograd department of the GSU SK received an instruction from the chairman of the Investigative Committee of Alexander Bastrykin – to stop the investigation of the case.
And now – the most amazing moment. In the report, after which the order “terminate the case” followed, it was reported that part of the money withdrawn from Baghdasarov’s company was sent as donations to Insider. After that, all references to fraud were completely cleaned out of the case.
