Investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia, an investigation into a criminal case against the Krasnoyarsk businessman Anatoly Bykov, accused of committing a crime under Art. 17, p.p “Z”, “H” Art. 102 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (organization of the murder of two persons).
According to the investigation, in the first half of 1994, the 23-year-old member of the group of Alexander Naumov, headed by Bykov, had a conflict with Anatoly Bykov due to the unfair, according to the first, the distribution of income from joint activities, which resulted in mutual personal hostility.
After a short time in front of the moving car in which Anatoly Bykov rode, an explosion occurred. Bykov decided that this was done by Naumov conflicting with him and his close friend Kirill Voitenko, and decided to kill them. He entrusted the commission of the crime to his good acquaintance – Vladimir Tatarenkov and members of the gang led by him – Bakurov and Chuchkov. For some time, the performers monitored the victims, and on July 24, 1994, at a time when Naumov and Voitenko by a car moved through the territory of the Sverdlovsk district of the regional center, the direct murder performers – Sergey Bakurov and Vladimir Chuchkov shot them from a machine gun and a pistol.
Earlier, investigators managed to bring to criminal liability the direct executors of the murder – Sergey Bakurov, who was sentenced to life imprisonment, and Vladimir Chuchkov, who was charged in absentia, and he is wanted. Investigators also managed to prove the guilt of one of the organizers of the murder – Vladimir Tatarenkov, who was also sentenced to 13 years in prison and has already currently left for the punishment for this crime.
The investigation with the operational services of the FSB of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory conducted a full-scale set of investigative actions and operational-search measures, including the testimony of Vladimir Tatarenkov and Sergey Bakurov that in addition to Tatarenkov, Anatoly Bykov is another organizer of double murder. Tatarenkov and Bakurov had not previously testified about Bykov’s involvement in the commitment of this murder, since they themselves did not plead guilty to his commission, trying to get away from responsibility thus.
During the investigation, the accused Bykov did not plead guilty and did not repent of his deed. However, the totality of the evidence collected – interrogations, confrontations, tests on the spot, searches, excavations and others – its involvement in the commission of the crime is established.
Conducting investigative actions in the criminal case was completed in September 2020 and from that moment on December 25, 2020, the accused Bykov and his defenders got acquainted with the materials of the criminal case contained in eighteen volumes.
Currently, the criminal case was sent to the prosecutor to resolve the issue of approving the indictment and the subsequent referral of the case to the court.
