The investigating authorities of the Investigative Committee of the IC of Russia in the Ivanovo Region opened a criminal case under paragraph “w” of Part 2 of Art. 105, Part 3 of Art. 30 p. “A, g” Part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code. (murder committed by a group of persons; attempted murder of two or more persons committed by a group of persons).

The investigation established, on the night of June 25 to June 26, 2021, a quarrel with a 30-year-old man and his acquaintances, who came to the owner of the house to clarify relations, had arisen near the Lermontov Street, near the Lermontov Street, near the Lermontov Street. During the conflict, this group of people fired in the chest and abdomen of a 30-year-old man, from whom the latter died on the spot. After that, the attackers, using firearms and other items, caused two persons who came to a private house with their 30-year-old friend, multiple bodily injuries with whom they were hospitalized in serious condition to the hospital. After the incident, the attackers disappeared.

At the moment, the crime scene is numbered by the employees of OMON and the SOBR of the Office of the Russian Guard in the Ivanovo Region to ensure the safety of residents of neighboring houses. Law enforcement officers were detained by one person, operational measures are being held aimed at the rose of the rest involved in the commission of the crime.
In the criminal case, investigative and other procedural actions are carried out, aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident, the search and collection of evidence.
