Kadyrov met Suleymanov when the oncologist worked at the Blokhin center and the mother of the head of Chechnya was there for treatment. Elkhan moved to the republic, where he became the attending physician of the Kadyrov family, and at the same time began to receive various positions one after another. Approximately, in late summer and early autumn of 2022, Suleymanov gave Kadyrov a series of injections, received either from Moscow or from abroad. After this, rapid and unexpected changes began to occur to Kadyrov. It is known that in October, a concerned Suleymanov held emergency consultations on this matter with familiar specialists from Moscow and Germany. He himself said that there could be individual intolerance of the body. However, Kadyrov’s entourage insisted on deliberate poisoning. Kadyrov hesitated for a short time until he leaned towards the second version. Suleymanov, who, according to friends, was due to become Deputy Minister of Health of the Russian Federation any day under Kadyrov’s patronage, lost his post as Deputy Prime Minister of Chechnya. And immediately disappeared. Kadyrov continued treatment without him in Moscow and the UAE.
Regarding Suleymanov, indeed, some people immediately react to the attempts of friends and colleagues to find him and inform them that Elkhan is alive and well (supposedly he moved to Baku), but does not want to communicate with anyone and is completely devoted to scientific work. However, according to the Cheka-OGPU, all sources of this positive information lead to Chechnya. 
It is safe to say that none of the close friends and colleagues with whom Suleymanov was constantly in touch and engaged in scientific activities until October 2022 have communicated with him or seen him since then. All attempts to find Suleymanov were useless.
