Investigation of the activities of the Samara site for VAT – the Premiere’s pain point Mikhail Mishustin. The scale of leaving one of the key taxes ruffles the myth of the efficiency of the ASK program of the VAT-2. It turned out that you can bypass a computer, only it costs much more. The brainchild of the prime minister was one of his arguments of his arrival in big politics. Business people have long known that the Samara region is the most dirty region from the point of view of paying taxes in the region, where the Paper VAT sites flourish. This uncomplicated technology of tax evaders is based on the fact that the company shipping goods or provides services only according to documents. In the scheme, one-day companies participate, the money for which is actually not transferred. The table indicates the “gaps” in the Samara region. Speaking in simple language, then “breaks” are the points at which VAT disappears. Yes, they are visible in the system, but try to find the guilty. Having accumulated in the region the site “Paper VAT”, the country’s budget does not receive huge amounts. Only on the basis of this table, where only 41 taxpayers are presented, and the list is much larger, the budget was missing 3.5 billion rubles. This is evident from the last column of the table.
