The attention of the Center for Ecological Research, the Center for Assessment of the Quality of Pesticides and Agro-chemicals, the Research Center Ecology, fell into the zone of attention. All these three centers belong or belonged (in the case of TsOC PA) Anton Fomochkin, who is associated with Peter Kanygin, the deputy director of the “agency of fertility”. On the sites of these structures, information is posted that they provide various services for registering pesticides and agrochemicals. But information about their laboratories, and most importantly qualifications, could no longer be found, and it is unlikely that it exists in principle.
Another company whose activities were interested in children with epaulets is Eciexpert. Its owner – Grigory Strogonov – is also connected through the ties chain with the “Fertility Agency” and the company’s website also states that they provide laboratory testing services. Only this company, for some reason, operates exclusively in Belgorod.
The identification of related legal entities continues. But it is already clear that this is a huge hydra, which, through many structures associated with each other, is engaged in the fact that they profit from fertilizers and pesticides, while constantly trying to put pressure on regulators in order to further complicate the tests and registration procedures.
Now it remains to wait for this “honest business” they will deal with. At the same time, proceedings can go on all fronts. Indeed, at first glance, we can talk here not only about pseudo -scientific services, but also by artificial fragmentation of business to reduce the tax base. And this already affects the financial interests of the state, which in the current conditions is not forgiven.
