Interlocutors of the Cheka-OGPU in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation told how they are preparing for mobilization and sending on “business trips” to the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. In mid-November, a large group of Center E employees will be sent there to combat the opposition, protests, and at the same time telegram channels that are objectionable to the authorities and their individual representatives.

In different departments of Moscow and the region they confirmed to us that from each department one employee from UEBiPK should be ready to be sent on business trips.

In addition, it is known that operatives from the Main Directorate for Emergency Operations and the Center for Emergency Operations of Moscow and the region are being sent on a business trip. They were promised attractive conditions: 4 thousand daily allowances and several salaries, which on average is about 300 thousand rubles per month. The shipment was scheduled for mid-November.

The most problematic destination for business travelers is the Kherson region. There are almost no civilians there and there is almost no one to recruit staff from. Yes, and according to the interlocutors, the situation there is the most tense. A significant portion of police officers from Russia will also be sent to the Zaporozhye region. And the DPR and LPR are almost staffed by local police officers. They are looking forward to the signing in Moscow and the official transfer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. First of all, ordinary employees are counting on this, since their salaries should increase. But there are also those who do not expect this at all. There are rumors that at the beginning of the year, these two entities recruited former employees from the Russian Federation with criminal records (they say there are quite a few of them), and with the transition, they will be subject to the Police Law, which directly prohibits those who were previously involved from serving in the police department.

The headquarters employees, including those from Petrovka and Zhitnaya, were promised by their superiors not to be sent anywhere, however, they were warned that they would be leaving for exercises.
