The money was spent on: Expanding the information presence and disseminating objective information about Russia in social media around the world (19 million); Information support for the activities of Rossotrudnichestvo in Russia and abroad in 2022-2023 (22.5 million); Information support abroad for Russian projects and programs in the field of assistance to international development (46.9 million), etc.
Apart from filling someone’s pockets, the practical impact from these actions is minimal; the organization has closed some of its representative offices abroad and only occasionally holds formal tea parties and concerts in order to report to its superiors.
