Information about the deputy head of this department, Boris Lavrenev, was removed from the website of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for Moscow. Having taken all his vacations, he left the State Administration. Lavrenev is the hero of a major corruption scandal about giving a bribe to the deputy head of the Directorate M of the FSB of the Russian Federation, Oleg Menzhinsky. He received apartments from representatives of the Armenian diaspora in Moscow for the appointment of Boris Lavrenev to a leadership position in the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for Moscow.

According to the interlocutor of the Cheka-OGPU, Lavrenev had a bet on appointment/removal, which does not require a presidential decree. The Chairman of the Investigative Committee appointed and dismissed him by order. Now Lavrenev, through a close friend, Deputy Prosecutor General Alexei Zakharov, is trying to get a job at the RF GP.

Let us remind you that the Cheka-OGPU was the first to announce that Lavrenev had filed a report.

Boris Lavrenev previously headed the Investigative Directorate for the Southern Administrative District of Moscow and since then has been close friends and carried out any tasks of representatives of the Armenian diaspora. He was both on a monthly salary from the management of the MonArch Group of Companies and received various kinds of positional and financial support from them. The owner of Monarch, Sergei Ambartsumyan, is a close friend of Lavrenev. When two posts for deputy heads of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Moscow Investigative Committee became vacant, Boris Lavrenev turned to his friend Oleg Menzhinsky, deputy head of the Department of M of the FSB of the Russian Federation. The meaning of the deal is that Menzhinsky, through his Service, is lobbying for the appointment of Lavrenev, and the Monarch Group of Companies is financing this process. As a result, Menzhinsky received property rights to apartments with a total value of about 100 million rubles, located in a residential complex, the construction of which was carried out by the MonArch Group of Companies. And Lavrenev received the position of deputy head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for Moscow.

When this story became known to the Internal Security Service, Oleg Menzhinsky was fired from the FSB of the Russian Federation. Now it’s Lavrenev’s turn. And these are not all the heroes of this story.
