According to sources, a significant number (more than half) of the first vaccinated did not record the proper level of antibodies. A similar immune response is most likely due to the insufficient level of concentration of the working substance in a dose. According to available information, the decision to reduce the concentration was consciously made by the leadership of the center named after M.P. Chumakova in order to overestimate the volume of the produced vaccine, thereby showing the sufficiency of production capacities and the lack of need for an industrial partner.
As a result, it is not practice that it turns out that to achieve the desired titer of antibodies, two doses are not enough and a third injection is needed. Meanwhile, six months after receiving a registration certificate for Kovivak, the third phase of clinical studies of its effectiveness did not really begin. 
The press has already been repeatedly noted that with great demand for the inactivated Kovivak vaccine, its number is unable to satisfy the needs even within the same city.
Own production potential of the Center named after Chumakova was not designed for mass vaccination in the country, even taking into account the “help of” vaccines.
Without waiting for the decisions of the government, the head of the center named after Chumakova A. Ishmukhametov informed the public that Nanolek LLC, owned by Vladimir Khristenko -Doyn, will be an industrial partner, the former Minister of Industry and Trade of Viktor Khristenko, married to Golikova.
Subsequently, it turned out that Nanilek itself also does not have the necessary equipment for the production of Kovivak. Therefore, the INVAK MIP will be responsible for this area – the joint venture of Nanolek and the same center named after Chumakova. In reality, “Invak” took over only the package of the vaccine produced by the center. Chumakova, that is, “covivaka” in the market will not increase.
