Previously, we reported that through personal connections, he even involved local police officers in his squabbles, who are forced, under his dictation, to intimidate undesirables and try to fabricate cases against them, relying on his words that “he agreed with the prosecutor’s office.”
Elections to the Legislative Assembly will take place in September, and the older Kiselyov hoped that this time he would still be sent from the Legislative Assembly to the Northern Fleet. However, in June the list of candidates from United Russia was made public and it became clear that, in addition to the toxic Kiselyov, Senator Khokhlova and honorary citizen Fedorov were also vying for membership in the Federation Council.
Deciding to play it safe, Kiselev is trying to convince federal functionaries and Governor Avdeev that Andrei Shokhin is allegedly behind the publications in anonymous TG channels about Kiselyov’s corruption cases, who last year unwittingly deprived him of his blue dream by becoming a senator instead. Therefore, Kiselev believes that the “anonymous” Shokhin should be recalled from the Federation Council and replaced with him (he, like Shokhin, was on the gubernatorial list of candidates for the Federation Council).
According to Kiselyov, Shokhin, being the head of Vladimir, organized not a single dozen employees of the mayor’s office to administer a network of anonymous TG channels, which he uses to this day. Hiding behind this version, Kiselyov even managed to pit Governor Avdeev against a number of fellow party members and experienced managers. After Shokhin transferred to the Northern Fleet, they began to be fired one after another. Over the course of a year, deputy heads of administration – Norikhin, Malik and Mikhailov, and heads of departments – Gavrilyuk, Leontyev and Karpilovich were squeezed out of the Vladimir mayor’s office. Kiselev recorded all of them as personal enemies and as the author of channels talking about his corruption cases.
