The verdict of the Tagansky Court dated March 29, 2023 against four defendants in the case of the hacker group The Infraud Organization states the confiscation of 317.90987026 BTC into state ownership. And they even indicate three crypto-wallets from which these bitcoins should be confiscated.
However, as Judicial Sneakers found out, the two wallets cited by the court, which the court believes contain just over 304 BTC, simply do not exist. There is only the third crypto-wallet cited by the court, but it has long been empty. However, the Tagansky court is firm in its intentions and emphasizes that 13.62 BTC, which should be in the third wallet, was seized on November 1, 2022 by the Tver court. The indicated amount in the third wallet was indeed deposited on October 18, 2022 and withdrawn on the same day.
It turns out that zeros and two sets of Latin letters were confiscated from state revenue, and maybe also the motto of the TIO group – “We believe in Deception.”
