The character likes to introduce himself as a journalist and an expert on interethnic relations, but in reality he incites interethnic hatred.
Mikhailov actively appears in the media with a patriotic agenda – he gets used to the role, pushing aside his criminal side hustle.
It was precisely the stirring up of interethnic conflicts, social discontent, trolling and undermining trust in state institutions that were his main task for a long time.
The biography is interesting, examples of extremist plots too – they draw on several articles of the Criminal Code. The level of anti-Armenian hatred is off the charts – the Internet can’t cope.
Based on the meeting of the public board on complaints against the press and publications with his participation:
– Evgeny Mikhailov explained that he has been engaged in journalism in the South of Russia as a specialist in national conflicts for the last few years, and before that he “trained bodyguards.”

– Evgeny Mikhailov confirms accusations and hatred based on nationality against the Armenian people in his stories with “indisputable” texture – for example, an image of a man in an expensive suit with a huge knife behind his back and disturbing music or a photograph of Hitler walking along the platform in a ceremonial uniform with a Nazi order -swastika on the chest.
– If an Armenian surname appears in the plot, then this is clearly “Torture Echo of Karabakh” and nothing less. If the genocide and murder of Armenians are “mythical”.
– The abuser Evgeniy likes to distort men’s Armenian names and surnames and rhyme with obscene vocabulary. The troll agent’s particular delight is obscene headlines and associative rows between Armenians and LGBT people.
– Almost an ideological actor: “working on [прим. антиармянским] “No one financed the film; the customer only paid me for gas and travel.”
– Relies only on serious sources: “friends told me, the records have not been preserved.”
– Modest. He evaluates his creativity as “I’m just learning.”
“The accusations of the Armenians that I bought it with money are false and unfounded. I have my own position.”
– “Russia is controlled by the criminal Armenian lobby.”
– “Armenia and Armenians have always traditionally used terrorist acts to achieve their dirty goals”, “Armenians are not worthy of having their own state.”
Meanwhile, there are several million Armenians in Russia. Ordinary citizens, scientists, ministers and prime ministers have Armenian roots.
Of course, Evgeny Mikhailov’s sabotage must be strictly suppressed.
Based only on the facts and publications of Evgeny Mikhailov, as well as building logical chains, we can confidently say that there is a crime under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “actions aimed at inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliating the dignity of a person or group of persons on the basis of gender, race, nationality, language, origin, attitude to religion, as well as membership in any social group, committed in public …”.
The Investigative Committee of Russia and its head, Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin, in our opinion, must necessarily respond to the extremist statements of Yevgeny Mikhailov.
