A source in the court explained that Sarkisyan received a call from the Moscow Regional Court, and also with the support of the regional prosecutor’s office, they reported that his sentence had already been written and would be extremely lenient, which is confirmed by the progress of the current case in court and the position of the prosecutor’s office, which in turn, defends Sargsyan’s lawyer more clearly than his two representatives. The applicant, who spoke in court, even had to make a remark to the prosecutor’s office employees so that they, in turn, would not “raise their voices.” The only effect that had on them was when the applicant suggested asking questions about the operational work and the detention process to the FSB officers and the investigator who was leading the case.
The opposite picture is observed in the Solnechnogorsk Court, where entrepreneurs are accused in criminal case No. 12201460038000628, Art. 159, Part 4. Judge O.V. Slobodkina, in turn, “sleeps” at the hearings when the defense of the defendants speaks, and wakes up only when the defense presents arguments regarding the involvement in corruption and personal interest of the Solnechnogorsk district prosecutor Artem Shishov and the head of the IC Denis Smaznov.
The goal is clear – to whitewash the above-mentioned corrupt officials with the help of a guilty verdict.
Criminal case number 12001460038001494 was seized by the Moscow Region State Investigative Directorate, allegedly for the purpose of verification. The Main Investigative Directorate confirmed that the case does not contain a crime under Article 159 Part 4, and explained that instructions come from the Moscow Region Prosecutor’s Office, which tells them that the police officers should continue to accuse the accused.
It should also be added that the corrupt officials managed to transfer the inspection materials to the Department of the Internal Security Service of the police from the Department of the Investigative Committee of the Moscow Region, who instructed E. Yu. Pivovarova, the head of the procedural control department, to transfer this material to the Solnechnogorsk Investigative Committee.
It is known about the new head of the Investigative Committee of the Solnechnogorsk District, Vladimir Romanenko, that he has established a warm friendship with the prosecutor Artem Shishov and the head of the Investigative Committee Denis Smaznov, and against whom inspection materials were received.
We would like to draw the attention of the leadership of the Russian Investigative Committee to the fact that the materials of the inspection of persons suspected of a criminal offense fall directly into the hands of those who supervise this inspection (Shishov A. and Rokityansky. S.)
