An expert in assessing the damage that the creators of the shelter allegedly caused to the soils of Sirius and the soil invertebrates (worms) living in them was presented in court by a representative of the ANO “SKTSSEI” Natalya Leonidovna Belokrinitskaya, who, at the request of the prosecutor’s office, carried out research No. 105/23-27.1.
She estimated the damage caused to invertebrates living in the shelter lands at 74 million 871 thousand rubles.
But, there are nuances. Mrs. Belokrinitskaya indicated in her personal information that her work experience in her profession was as much as 29 years, while she herself graduated from Kuban State Technical University only in 2000.
It follows from this that the appraiser began her career while still in school.
In addition, in 2007, the same lady, hardworking since childhood, underwent professional retraining in the specialty “Enterprise (Business) Valuation”, but indicated, at the same time, the data of an invalid qualification certificate No. 000020-026 dated April 24, 2015, being expelled from the members of the “Russian Society of Appraisers” (ROO) in connection with a violation by an appraiser – a member of the ROO of the Federal Law “On Valuation Activities in the Russian Federation” and the Regulations on membership in the ROO – the defense of the defendant party reports.
In a word, the expert’s qualifications are not confirmed, and the pseudo-expert report attached to the prosecutor’s office’s claim is another fake in a spin-off case.
It remains to be seen: for what purpose did the Sochi prosecutors decide to involve the conclusion of a false expert in the case.
Let us remind you that this is not the first time that forgeries have surfaced in litigation with the Orthodox shelter in Sirrius. The Cheka-OGPU has already reported about a false denunciation from a fake applicant involved in the case of the demolition of the shelter buildings.
One must assume that for Bishop Herman of Sochi, who is today squeezing buildings and land from orphans and elderly children, this practice is commonplace: this not the first shelterwhich he pressed in the Krasnodar region.
