In the photo, Rustam Tangirov is a famous chef who now works at the Lesnoy restaurant, which belongs to Emin Agalarov and Grigory Leps. The establishment’s website says that Rustam himself is an “avid hunter” and has developed a seasonal menu of game (deer, roe deer and, for special gourmets, bear). Police from the Irkutsk region found out how Tangirov received the products for the seasonal menu. They caught a group of poachers red-handed (employees of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Roslesinforg”) immediately after they killed a sleeping mother bear with three cubs in her den. A case was opened. The seized phones of the attackers contained correspondence, from which it followed that they killed bears to order for Moscow restaurants. The poacher Nikiforov had personal correspondence with Tangirov, who gave the “orders” for the bears. If Tangirov was unavailable, then the poachers negotiated with Emin Agalarov’s employee Ekaterina Chernykh. The police wanted to go through the entire chain – from poachers to “customers”. This was prompted by a “call from Mokva”, after which the case was taken away from them and closed. In relation to the poachers who were ready to testify, they conducted only an internal investigation and… found them completely innocent. The Cheka-OGPU publishes photos of the results of this investigation. And at the same time, videos and photos seized from poachers. It’s called: “Don’t believe your eyes.”
