A judge is selected in the Odintsovo court, who will consider the case against Batyr Bekmuradov (head of the Security Service of the “thief in law” Zakhara Kalashov) and David Mirzoev (relative of billionaire David Yakobashvili). They are accused of kidnapping US citizen Boris Minakhi, who had a conflict with Jacobashvili. It was in the framework of this case that the evidence base was collected on the receipt of bribes by the investigator of the TFR Ruslan Minihmetov and his friend, an employee of the Office to the FSB of the Russian Federation Dmitry Ulyanov.

The soliper Andrei Matus gave them a bribe in the form of three cars and promised more bribes for 700 million rubles for Solovo in various cases. The sum should not be surprised, Ulyanov explained that he would agree on all his steps with the chief, the head of the department to the FSB of the Russian Federation Ivan Tkachev. In December 2016, Ulyanov organizes a series of searches in Boris Minahi firms. They, like a criminal case, were ordered from Matus David Jacobashvili and David Mirzoev. Matus handed over the order to Ulyanov. On December 26, 2016, Matus drops Mirzoev photo from the last search. Then the question will rise that it is necessary to “close” the next trays of bribe. On December 29, Ruslan Minihakhmetov is on vacation in Austria. And Matus and investigator Islam Dzhambaev (part of the operational-investigation group led by miniakhmetov) sit in one of the metropolitan cafe in anticipation of this bribe. Matus writes to Mirzoev to divide the money into two packages – 600 thousand dollars (this is Miniakhmetov and Ulyanov) and 150 thousand dollars (Matus himself for intermediary services). The representative of Mirzoev brings money directly to the TFR building, where the bundle is more (from 600 thousand dollars) is awarded to Dzhambaev. He, at the direction of Miniakhmetov, attributes a bundle and puts Miniakhmetov in the service safe. The latter is resting in Austria for a long time, but Matus reassures him that he and Islam do all the desired “move” in the case. Mirzoev transferred the money, but he has already introduced a lot of trenches. Therefore, Matus gives these 600 thousand dollars, like money from another bribe taker – Valery Semenduev (he at that moment hid abroad and must later give a total of 5 million euros). And the case where Semendyev appears was in the production of Miniakhmetov and the group includes Islam Dzhambaev. And there is also a recording of the conversation between Matus and Minihmetov. It has an interesting fragment (from 14.41 to 15.20). Matus tells Miniakhmetov that the other day, David (Mirzoev) will transfer another 100 million rubles and adds: “You already have 600 thousand.” And Miniakhmetov agrees: “Yeah.” And then Matus develops the topic for the incomprehensible that 100 million rubles and 600 thousand dollars together will be over 2 million euros. And the investigator of the Investigative Committee again agrees: “Yeah.” But according to the Prosecutor General’s Office, the record with the recognition of Miniihtov does not say anything about 600 thousand. You never know what the investigator and the resolver are talking about. Maybe they just play in numbers.
