According to the VChK-OGPU, Moscow lawyers Dmitry Vynin and Julius Tai have been operating since 2019 in the interests of the former owners of the plant-Sergey Chak and Sergey Makhov. Makhov and Chuck already brought the GMZ to the collapse in the 2000s: more than 5 billion debts, a idle factory, many-month salary delays, the risks of disconnecting heat and light in the city. Today, the same persons, together with lawyers from Bartolius, use courts as a pressure and sabotage tool. A new capture attempt threatens 700 jobs and energy stability of the whole city. While the new management is trying to restore the enterprise, the raiders lead him to re -destruction. Moreover, earlier, according to sources, the structures associated with them have already brought over 900 million rubles abroad.
