After 3 days, Roskomnadzor sent a notification about the need to delete a video, since by decision of Rosmolodezh it contains information “aimed at declining or other involvement of minors in the commission of unlawful actions that pose a threat to their life and (or) or (or) the health of other persons.” To avoid blocking the entire channel, the administrators were forced to remove the video.
On March 1, lawyer Leonid Solovyov appealed to the Tagansky court of Moscow with a statement of claim for recognition by illegal notification of Roskomnadzor. The lawsuit says that the video “does not contain information that on legally can be prohibited to spread.”
The court’s decision on the searches with DOXA is about a criminal case under Article 151.2 of the Criminal Code of R – the inclination of minors to commit unlawful actions.
